Our Team

Dr. Marwa Moaz is the Founder and Principal of Bridging Inclusion, a consultancy focused on workplace culture and employee relations strategy across corporate, nonprofit, academic, and federal sectors.

Dr. Moaz specializes in organizational change management anchored in equity-driven, merit-based practices. She brings extensive experience in facilitating listening sessions, delivering workplace trainings, and designing and analyzing organizational culture surveys. She has led qualitative research efforts—including focus groups and interviews—both domestically and internationally, and in multiple languages. In addition to her consulting work, Dr. Moaz previously served as an Adjunct Professor of Sociology at The George Washington University. A native of the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area, she enjoys spending time with her daughter and two cats.

Rebecca O. Amadi | Consultant

Rebecca Amadi is an awarded racial justice advocate and researcher with over five years of experience organizing communities, base building, and analyzing policy. She has a strong working knowledge of what it takes to implement racial justice strategies at the grassroots and federal levels.
